Movement without rules! Speed Demons is a physical literacy program that builds coordination and movement skills through games, obstacle courses and challenges. Participants are assigned a task and given the freedom to achieve it through the movement of their choice. But you better move quick! Speed Demons is packed with non-stop, heart racing, speed focused fun. Participants learn the basics of movement to build upon performance as they grow in a non-stop fun environment.
